Is there a contract?
No, the whole point of Move is it's a membership designed around YOU. So you choose when to downgrade, upgrade, cancel or freeze. All instant and all online. Finally a fitness membership you can control!
How do I book an activity?
We are linked to all of the providers systems so you just book online/in app or just drop in and show your virtual Move membership card on your phone. (If you forget your phone, don't worry they can look you up.)
How many studios can I visit?
You can visit as many as you like. We encourage you to form a habit and find a routine, but if you want to mix it up you can do so. There are no restrictions on how many times you can use the same venues or how many venues you use.
What if I can’t make a class?
All booked classes can be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Some of our providers have a no-show/late cancellation fee if you don't cancel in time. The policy on this is clearly displayed when you book a class, so keep an eye out for it. If you do forget, and it's your first offence, please let us know as we can often fight this for you.
Can I request a new venue?
Yes! we are always on the lookout for new activities and venues to add to our network. You can submit a venue and our team will promise to contact them and do our best to make that available to you with your Move membership.
Can you help schedule a class for me?
YES! We pride ourselves on providing awesome service to our members and have a Move Team who's sole job it is to help keep you active, so if you want to use them as your "personal fitness shopper and concierge" they will be delighted!
